Teachers don’t have to wear capes to be considered super or someone’s hero, but it’s certainly cool when they do! Check out this “Super Teacher,” Ms. Seal, from Curtis Elementary (Fausz).

SuperHero (CurtisElementarySchool)

This year, National Teacher’s Day is May 6. It’s a day to celebrate the commitment and impact teachers have in the lives of students. Studer Education is teaming up with you to show appreciation to teachers who play a vital role in increased student learning, and care for students and their families. Do you have a hero teacher that you would like to honor? We want to hear from you!

Share your story about an extraordinary teacher that truly speaks to the teacher’s commitment to making school better for students. Your story might describe the teacher’s lifetime of commitment to education, or the story could simply be about a random act of kindness that deeply impacted others.

Studer Education will select one winning story from the entries provided. The winner will receive a prize package and gift basket. The submitter will also receive a prize package. Deadline to enter is March 26, 2014, 5:00 PM CST. Winners will be notified on April 26, 2014 and classroom prize packages delivered on National Teacher’s Day. See details below for submission details and requirements.
