Last week the What’s Right posts centered on teacher appreciation and shared how districts, students, and communities recognized teachers for their commitment to students. Teacher Appreciation Week is one example of reward and recognition on the national scene. Below is the video of Dr. Sarah Miller recognizing Ms. Tiffany Wynn, Coordinator of Student Services and Advising for TeacherReady®, for her commitment to co-worker and excellent service to TeacherReady® aspiring leaders. It was an opportunity for employees across our company to celebrate Ms. Wynn’s successes and commitment to purpose.
Join us in celebrating Studer Group’s Education Division pillar award winner for the first quarter of 2014, Ms. Tiffany Wynn. Why reward and recognize on a smaller scale; in our classrooms, schools, or in organizations? Doing so connects us to purpose – as we celebrate the successes of Ms. Wynn and the example she sets of the values and standards of our company, we celebrate the meaningful work of our TeacherReady® aspiring teachers: Choosing a career as teachers and developing skills that helps them create results-driven classrooms and improve their performance and that of their students. We work with them so they may continue to realize their purpose, feel worthwhile, and make a difference in the lives of young people.
