“We’re a Top Workplace!” is the headline in this week’s Falls Pride, the newsletter of the School District of Menomonee Falls. It’s the second year in a row the district has been named a top workplace by Milwaukee’s Journal Sentinel. The “Top Workplaces” award was developed in 2006 upon the belief that “the most successful companies are the ones that employees believe in” (cite).
Superintendent Pat Greco shares the importance of the honor of being named a top workplace “means that our teachers, support staff & leadership have said that they like what they do and they like who they work with.” Check out this video about why the School District of Menomonee Falls a top workplace!
